A college campus in Limestone, Tennessee, dating back to 1780, continues its tradition of providing new learning opportunities to the public and preserving some of the classics along the way.
Washington College Academy provides a unique and historic backdrop to explore traditional and non-traditional arts in basketry, blacksmithing, clay, cosplay costumes, drawing, metals, painting, mixed media, textiles, wood, artistic exploration and special subjects. Classes are taught by experienced local artisans.
The course offerings and activities on campus include a diverse range of opportunities. Guitar, violin, piano, songwriting and dulcimer lessons are now offered.
