After a year of quarantine, the much appreciated and FREE La Jolla Art & Wine Festival returns to the quaint streets of La Jolla with even more prestigious art, international wines, craft beers and family fun on Saturday October 9 and Sunday October 10 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.. With a spectacular coastline, an upscale village atmosphere, and picturesque views, La Jolla is the perfect setting for the beloved and widely recognized La Jolla Art & Wine Festival. The Artist’s Collection curated and selected by a jury showcases the incredible talent of today’s top designers in a variety of mediums including painting, sculpture, jewelry design, fine glass, ceramics, woodwork, mixed media and photography. NEW THIS YEAR. From 6 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., the Fully Expressed Foundation, a nonprofit that provides workspaces and business planning for emerging artists, will host a fundraising event in the Garden of Wine and beer. They will highlight two musical acts with food and drinks available for participants. Tickets can be purchased in advance and on sale outside the Wine and Beer Garden before the start of the event.
All proceeds raised during the La Jolla Art & Wine Festival go to underfunded programs such as art, music, science, physical education, technology and medical care on site in the five primary schools, secondary and public secondary of La Jolla.
